João Eberhardt Francisco is a lawyer specialized in insurance law since 1998, having represented the main insurance companies operating in Brazil in legal proceedings. He has a master's degree in civil procedure from the law faculty of the University of São Paulo. He is a professor at Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
